In the fall of 2010, the Office of Academic Affairs began the Leadership Academy. The Academy is a program that has been designed to foster the next generation of academic leaders at Oregon State University and further the development of our current Deparment and School Heads and Chairs. Members of the Academy were nominated by the Deans of each college. Topics discussed over the course of the program include, but are not limited to: making good hires, supporting and promoting faculty, strategic thinking, leadership styles, and budgeting.
